Why PROFIT is More Important than Production

September 13, 2023 @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

1.0 CE Credit

Description

  • Are you tired of struggling to make your dental practice profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable?
  • Are you worried about the rising costs of staff and supplies?
  • Are you burned out and ready to give up?

Producing more does not mean making more.

If you have been pushing yourself to the brink of exhaustion, take heart. Dr. Woods will bust the myth that producing more will make you successful. She will explain how implementing cash management into your practice can help you create and sustain a financially profitable practice. She will also read a short excerpt from her book, Profit Over Production (release date Sep 12, 2023).

Objectives

  1. Why only focusing on production can lead to money problems - hence why profits matter more.
  2. Review of cash management and how it can be a valuable tool for your dental practice.
  3. How to be more profitable regardless of how long you have been practicing.

Questions

  1. What's the one thing you wish you had known ten years ago that would have made your practice life easier?
  2. Is cash management only helpful if you're struggling money-wise or could it help a good business be even better?
  3. Has your business financial wellness carried over to your personal life?
  4. Follow up to this one - Do you use cash management for your personal spending?
