Description

This is not your average webinar. No matter the size of the dental hygiene team you work in or with be prepared to think outside of the box. You need to truly understand the business of dental hygiene through the eyes of a patient, dental hygienist, and dentist to create a thriving environment to grow, retain dental hygienists and attract new patients. Together, we will learn, explore, discuss implementing systems, demonstrating leadership, getting on the same page through accountability and then celebrating your wins.

Objectives

1. Measure what matters and peel the layers of the quality care that is or isn't taking place in your practice.
2. Elevate your knowledge on why adding more patients in a day isn't the smartest way to grow your dental hygiene business.
3. Gain insight beyond gross monthly dental hygiene production.

Questions

1. What do dental hygienists want from their employers to be able to provide optimal patient care and what system can be integrated to make sure this happens?
2. How do I start to have the conversation with the dental hygienists as they are concerned with providing optimal patient care and not so interested in the business aspect of dental hygiene?
3. How does having one dental hygiene template help my practice as it is going to be a lot of work getting everyone on the same page and we are so busy already?
